Fees and Regulations

Insurance

The customer is responsible for the welfare of the equipment at all time. Must provide proof of insurance.

Payment

Unless prior arrangements are made, rental terms are cash, certified check, personal check (with approval) or credit card. All payments are due in advance.

Periods

1 Day—24 hours, or 8 hours of use
1 Week—7 days or 40 hours of use
1 Month—28 days or 160 hours of use
(all periods whichever comes first)

Month to Month Rentals

If payments are not made on or before the due date Zimmer Tractor reserves the right to pickup unit.

Weather

Rental rates shall apply for the entire time the equipment is away from Zimmer Tractor

Cleaning

All units should be returned in like condition as rented. Any cleaning will be billed to rentee at minimum of $100.00

Fuel

All units will leave Zimmer Tractor with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank, or rentee will be billed for used fuel.

Delivery & Pick Up

Delivery and pick-up are available. Charges are based on the distance traveled and labor time
